Rules
1. You can grief/PVP in all the wilderness areas (non town areas). Since this server world is new for now we will help players out who get griefed.
a) Trying to Grief a protected city by any means, from outside in wilderness or inside city using hacks its considered a bannable offense
b) Attacking someone which inside a protected city from outside its still allowed. (Someone shooting arrows from wilderness to people located inside a protected city)
c) Shooting Fire Arrows (thru lava) against a protected city is bannable offense
2. you can use command: /towny new to build a new town once you have available money (at this point 5000). Fees for maintenance now are set to 0
3. You are not allowed in any way to swear directly at people. It's in the moderators discretion to kick/mute or warn you to not do it again. If this is repeated they will have the right to temporarily ban you.
4. Harassment is not allowed, through verbal abuse or by constant killing/annoying. Again, it's in the Moderators discretion to tell you when to stop.
5. Modifications such as X-ray, Flying mods, Spawning items and other illegal clients will be disallowed. If caught using any mods, you will be jailed/banned.
6. NO advertising of other servers.
7. Admins can override ANY decision made by Mods. Owner Can override ANY decision made by Mods and Admins. For some matters we may need to talk privately and reach a democratic decision that most of us will agree to it.
8. Claiming someone else's buildings for your town, without their permission. To do so is a jailable offense, if continued, you may have your entire town removed.
9. Usage of TNT is allowed only by Trusted Members/Moderators/Donors and Admins. Also note that the placement of TNT and Detonation is logged now.
10. You can ask to be a moderator/administrator of the server but only through the special section in our forums. If you harrass repetively moderators/administrators to promote you in game you will be punished.
